Screamers takes its inspiration from old-fashioned ice cream shops and that familiar “I scream, you scream” excitement. Something sweet, something fun, and a place where everybody feels welcome.
But the heart of it comes from family.
Our founder’s granny was born and raised in Tennessee. She raised her family, passed down just about everything worth knowing, and has always been the inspiration behind Screamers. Her Sawdust Salad won awards back in Tennessee, and now it has a bubbly little tribute on our menu.
And those classic coffees she made for the grandkids every summer? Nifty Thrifty is our ode to those memories, served up as an old-fashioned cola float with a little extra flair.

Being part of the neighborhood means taking care of it, too. A portion of our proceeds supports local youth centers helping young people in recovery from drug and alcohol use.
